At its core, this dispensary is just... a building with weed in it. Which, apparently, is all they aspire to be. I kept coming back because, honestly, how bad can buying weed be? Ignore the rude cashiers, grab your flower, tap your card, and leave. Cute in theory. The last three visits have been an Olympic event in customer frustration. The last two visits I had to remind the cashier that I get to spin the little promo wheel. Babe, why am I training the staff? The visit before that, I "won" free gummies. Except, plot twist! I couldn't actually have them. I was told I had to come back within 24 hours to claim them. And wouldn't you know it, every time I "win" gummies there's suddenly some reason I can't leave with them. It's less of a prize and more of a scavenger hunt. Then today's episode. They couldn't scan my product because of labeling issues, so I'm already standing there longer than necessary. All I wanted was to pay and leave. Instead, the cashier became emotionally invested in getting me to spin the promo machine. I politely said I wasn't interested because of what happened last time. He kept insisting, "I want to make sure you get what you paid for." Sir... what? I

Whomever came up with the drive thru and being open 24 hours deserves a raise !! I live within walking distance of one of the other dispensaries and rather come here not only for the prices( great deals I feel) but the convenience of the hours and drive thru. Theres a reason why I have an account with NevadaMade not anyone else!!

Thank you Nevada Made, you reached out and corrected the issue I had posted below. I appreciate the ownership. *My previous review which was a 3/5 star* Usually a great shop but today our order was missing a pre-roll and the staff said we must've opened it and dropped it. We definitely didn't drop it and returned almost right away to let them know they had made an error. Staff offered a replacement that was lower in quality and the opposite of the strain I had ordered originally. I cannot use this strain and I am very upset as we have never caused any issues in the past and had expected them to own up to their mistakes instead of gaslighting us.
